Blow Moulders:

Machines to handle pre-forms up to 30,000 BPH and sizes from 50 ml up to 19 litre.

Bottle Unscramblers:

All methods of closing are offered including: screw; crown; ROPP; Cork and press-on.

Sterilisation:

Methods of sterilisation offered by AVE with technical advantages that include full bottle and cap treatment systems along with UV.

CIP:

Pasteurisation:

Continuous and batch methods including tunnel and flash.

Labelling:

Linear and Rotary machines for all applications and speeds, including:self adhesive: pressure sensitive; paper; OPP and hot melt. Front back body neck; tamper evident and tax strip positioning.

Case Erecting and Packing:

AVE manufacturers a complete range, from simple case erecting machines to automatic erection of case, packing and sealing systems.

Shrink Wrapping:

A range of machines supplied by Giemme from semi automatic to high speed automatics using sealing bar or lap seal options. Options include tray, trayless; flat board and print registration.

Palletisers and Depalletisers:

Pick and Place, Sweep methods of operation along with the "Compact" low cost depalletiser.

Pallet Wrapping:

Semi-automatic; rotary arm and ring wrap technology for all speeds and applications.

Conveyors:

AVE supplies a complete range of conveyors to complement AVE filling and packing machines including belt; slat; air; neck handling; vacuum; elevators; lowerators; roller and chain.

Second-Hand:

AVE UK always has an extensive range of refurbished machines available for most applications..
