Liquorice process systems:

Complete lines for all types of extruded liquorice, fruit and candy - hollow, co-extruded and/or twisted.

100% Fruit cooking and extrusion system:

this produces healthy snack bars using 100% fruit ingredients which can be co-extruded in a variety of different colours, shapes and flavours.

Caramel systems:

A range of batch and continuous caramel cookers designed to minimise 'burn on' for 24 hour continuous operation without cleaning, giving efficiency and reliability of operations.

Vacuum cook cool systems:

A range of flexible solutions from simple stand alone kettles, designed to integrate with an existing line, to a fully integrated cooking and cooling system.

ProWok:

The BCH ProWok is an industrial wok, that makes it possible to retain the crispness and bite in vegetables and the taste and sizzled rind in joints of meat.

Viscotator (SSHE):

Continuously cooks or cools a range of food and confectionery products.

Guillotines:

Standard, high speed and ultrasonic cut guillotines, designed to cut soft and/or sticky products to minimise crumbling and maximise the flexibilty of any production line.

Universal mixers:

Blending and mixing vessels for the dairy, food and confectionery industries.

Cooling tunnels and process conveyors:

For high temperature and rapid cooling requirements of extruded confections and food products.

Drop rollers:

A range of hand operated or motorised drop rolling machines for all hard candy manufacturers.

Bratt pans:

Manufactured for a wide variety of products - meat, mushrooms etc. with rapid sealing being obtained by means of steam or hot oil heating medium.

Process control systems:

BCH's electrical and software engineers develop control systems that specifically match the process requirements of any individual plant.

SUMMARY

Established in1835, BCH are process engineers for the food, confectionery, pharmaceutical and allied industries. BCH specialise in turnkey systems for the manufacture of liquorice, fruit, caramel, marshmallow, chilled and frozen meals, fillings and toppings, jams, marmalades and preserves.
BCH has a state of the art Innovation Centre which is run by food technologists and process engineers supported by a wealth of in-house knowledge. BCH's electrical and software department develop control systems that specifically match the process requirements of any individual plant.
